Bad experiences

First of all where do I begin? I have been looking for a new hairstylist for about 5 months. The first stylist I went to, (recommended by a friend)did a botched haircut, I asked her for layers without cutting too much length, she cut half of my head in layers did not blend at all.I looked like I was sporting two different hairstyles! Needless to say I did not go back to her. Then next stylist I went to turned my hair green,I asked her to give me a rinse to take me back to my original hair color( I had gold/copper highlights)and the rinse she used was just something she had laying around which apparently ended up being an ash color. I had to make an emergency trip to the beauty supply store and after spending 3.5 hours in the salon, ended up having to redo my hair. Mind you when I asked her if my hair looked green to her while it was wet she said it did not and it clearly was. Are there any good hair stylists out there?
