Eat Foods for Healthy Hair Daily

 

Getting the right foods for healthy hair in your daily diet is pretty simple if you pick foods that are easy to find, easy to fix, and easy to eat. The list below is a compilation of easy foods for maximum hair nourishment.

  • Almonds
    Eat a handful of almonds as a snack.

  • Asparagus
    Have steamed asparagus as a vegetable side dish at dinner time.

  • Avocado
    Mash avocado and mix with chopped tomatoes. Have on tortilla chips!

  • Beans
    Beans and rice are great for lunchtime. You can make a batch and create individual servings.

  • Berries
    Raspberries, strawberries, blueberries. Take your pick and eat them plain or on top of yogurt.

  • Broccoli
    Broccoli is easy to steam, toss in a salad, and eat raw with ranch dressing.

  • Cantaloupe
    Cantaloupe are great for breakfast.

  • Carrots

  • Fish
    Fish is a great food for healthy hair because it provides essential fatty acids. You should have fish a couple of times a week.

  • Green Leafy Vegetables
    It's important to to eat your green leafy vegetables raw. They are one of the best foods for healthy hair. Try having a spinach salad with balsamic dressing.

  • Lemons
    You can incorporate lemon into your diet easily by adding it to your iced water.

 

  • Milk
    Have some milk with your favorite whole grain cereal or have a glass with breakfast.

  • Oranges
    Navel oranges are a great snack to have at work. Take a break, peel, and eat. Yum!

  • Peas
    Have peas as a side dish with dinner.

  • Potatoes
    Have white potatoes in moderation and eat more sweet potatoes. Cut them in thin strips and fry them.

  • Poultry
    Poultry can be added to salad to make a filling dinner.

    Eat red peppers raw with ranch dressing as a snack.

  • Sunflower seeds
    You can find sunflower seeds everywhere. Just make sure to get the unsalted ones.

  • Tomatoes
    Tomatoes are great cut up with pasta - cold or hot. Don't cook them too long though.
