Getting the right foods for healthy hair in your daily diet is pretty simple if you pick foods that are easy to find, easy to fix, and easy to eat. The list below is a compilation of easy foods for maximum hair nourishment.

- Almonds
Eat a handful of almonds as a snack. - Asparagus

You can incorporate lemon into your diet easily by adding it to your iced water.
- Milk
Have some milk with your favorite whole grain cereal or have a glass with breakfast. - Oranges
