hair breakage

Every time my hair starts to grow, it seems like I have to cut it off because it is breaking. By the way I am trying to go natural and have been for about 6 months. If you have any product recommendations that would be great. I have 3b hair and I am mixed.

Why is it breaking?

Hi shytyana,

The first thing you need to do is try to figure out why your hair is breaking. Have a look at this page on my site and see if any of it might fit your situation: hair-breakage.html

Then, you need to stop the breakage. Try using a light protein conditioner once a week. Review this page: protein-conditioner.html

If you have split ends, then you need to get them trimmed. Getting your hair healthy first will help your transition go much better.
