Hi Nina, first of all let me say your advice is amazing (: I've never found anything that has helped me so much with my hair issues. Now to get down to business... my hair isn't see-through thin, but thin nonetheless and tends to fall out very easily. I really want to grow it down past my back, but I know I won't be able to use heat styling. Any suggestions for what I can do to style and not damage before I make the mistake of growing it out?
