Mizani hair products are typically loved by most people who try them.  These products are supposed to work for those with curly hair, natural hair, and even relaxed hair to help extend touch-up time.  Using the system by following the package directions should help you to achieve a silky, straight style that lasts for 2 weeks.  While these products were intended for professional use, the do-it-yourselfer can also use these products at home provided they have the right tools such as a high-quality ionic hair dryer and a ceramic flat iron.  Many users indicated that the products worked as planned - when using the whole system from start to finish.  Using just the serum or just the conditioner will not provide the results intended.
