Natural Remedies for Hair Loss
Natural remedies for hair loss come in various forms. It can be either through surgical operation, synthetic medication or by doing natural remedies for hair loss.
Natural Remedy for Hair Loss Suggestions
1. Massage your scalp with natural oils like vegetable oil, mineral oil, olive oil, jojoba oil, lavender oil and wheat germ oil. This will not only moisturize your scalp but will promote blood circulation and thus encourage hair growth.
2. Shampoo your hair with coconut milk. Coconut milk has natural oils similar to the one secreted by our hair follicles.
3. Apply aloe vera plant extract or gel on the scalp. It has polysaccharides and glycoproteins which stimulates hair growth.
4. Use the chunk of yucca root as a shampoo. Yucca roots lather up when run under water. It contains anti-inflammatory elements and it can remove dandruff and itchiness.
5. Use sage tea and apple cider vinegar to rinse your hair. The two has cleansing elements that would clear your scalp from dirt and impurities.
6. Wash your hair with rosemary and sage. Boil the two famous herbs; you can also combine it with peach leaf, nettle and burdock if available. Strain and let it cool before use. Rosemary contains antiseptic properties and acts as a natural skin toner. The mixture will cleanse the pores, invigorate the hair follicles and nourishes the scalp.
7. Do some exercise to release the toxins in your body through perspiration.

8. Eat natural foods like fruits and vegetables and avoid processed food, preservatives and food colorings. The latter might have chemicals that may turn into toxins inside our body.
9. Eat foods rich in Omega 3 such as sardines, tuna and salmon. Omega 3 has fatty acids that reduce the soreness of your scalp.
10. Drink ayuverdic anti-stress tea like an equal mixture of brahmi and jatamamsi to help relieve stress that is one of the causes of hair loss.
11. Obtain about 1 tablespoon of extract from the nettle root, mix it with water and drink it like a juice. This will cleanse our blood from the toxins. Nettle contains Vitamin A, C, some minerals and lipids that are good for the hair.
12. Sauté foods with ginger or boil it as a juice. Ginger has fatty acids that can stimulate the follicles and promote the growth of a healthy hair.
Remember to use these remedies one at a time. For example, do not shampoo your hair with coconut milk then afterwards rinse it with apple cider vinegar because that will overdo everything. Anything done or taken in excess will cause more harm than good.
In using or applying these natural remedies for hair loss, it is still important to take some caution for it might possibly bring allergies if you have a sensitive skin. You must also notify your dermatologist of these procedures so they will know if these will affect any of your previous or future treatments.
