Need to find a Salon

I have tried so many salons they either fry my hair, relax part of my hair that has already been relaxed, or cut my hair way too short. I am in desperate need to look for a salon that know how to handle my kinky type 4a hair. Someone that is gentle with hair since my hair is very weak. Someone in long Island, NY. does anybody have suggestions?
