This product is fine... The benefits were that my hair felt healthier, it grew faster, and the product made my scalp feel good.... The cons were after getting my hair colored it did strip the color out...and my hair did appear to fall out... I used the product until it was gone...over two months
I would consider using it again...the hair loss was minimal and I do not color my hair that often
