yeah its ok. i use to use it every week and it worked fine for my hair. but now i use it after i take out my braids which it every 2 weeks

Yes, it is ok to use ORS Hair Mayo
weekly. It is not a strong protein so it will not break your hair off. Still, follow it up with a moisturizing conditioner.
