Rose Otto Essential Oil
Rose Otto Essential Oil is extracted from the rose petals of various species of Roses. This oil (Attar of Roses), has long been in use.
It does not have the typical scent of fresh Roses that is reserved for Rose Absolute. The distillation process changes the chemical compound of the oil leaving it smelling a bit different than fresh roses.
This oil is distilled from either the Damask Rose or the Cabbage Rose. It has been in use in one form or another since the ancient Greek and Roman days. It is completely safe and can be used in many applications, but primarily is used for its aroma therapeutic properties.

Calming- calms the system, especially in women. It can reduce stress and calm hysteria. Also a treatment for depression.

Menstrual Cramps - Can be used in the treatment of menstrual cramps and the symptoms of menopause.

For the skin - Can be used as a daily moisturizer when mixed with a carrier oil.
This is a non toxic, non irritant essential oil that is safe in all concentrations. It can be mixed with an array of carrier oils and is beneficial in many forms.
Rose Otto Pure Essential Oil may solidify at room temperature; simply roll the bottle in the hands to return it to its liquid state. A little warm water mixed in will also return the oil back to a liquid state.
