I colored my hair with a box color and relaxed it a week later my hair is literally falling out in clumps everyday I'm devastated is there anything I can do.

I am sorry to hear of your troubles. The best thing you can do is get a good hair cut to get rid of some of the damage. Then start taking better care of your hair. Leave the relaxing and coloring to the professionals. In between your visits, make sure to shampoo and condition weekly with a moisturizing shampoo and conditioner. Do deep conditioning treatments at least every other week - with heat. Trim your ends every 8 weeks or less. You should be gin to see your hair improve if you practice healthy hair care regularly.
