Shampoo for Psoriasis

A shampoo for psoriasis is the easiest and most convenient way to cure the condition. Why not?  Some oil, lotion and ointments leave an unpleasant smell that makes it more noticeable.  Phototherapy is costly while the systematic agent treatment is frightening due to its reported side effects.
