stylist trouble

by candace
(memphis,tn)

Hi Nina,

I am having a lot of trouble finding a stylist that knows how to care for my hair and keep it healthy. I recently went to a stylist and she was amazing when it came down to the actual styles but when it came down to the health of the hair she had no idea what she was doing. She constantly used spritz it was like her hair remedy for everything she also used lots of heat.

Needless to say my hair was extremely damaged and breaking off n different places so I decided to let her cut my hair she cut it in an asymetrical style and I hate it I didn't want it cut that way and my main focus now is growing my hair back and growing it healthy.

If you have any suggestions or tips please let me know also if you know of any good stylist in Memphis,tn please refer me to them because I have constantly been researching and cant find anyone.

Hi Candace,

I'm glad that you've recognized that your hair stylist may not be doing healthy things for your hair. One of the best ways to find a good stylist is to ask someone who has healthy hair where they have their hair done! Here are some additional tips also.
