Temple Breakage!!!
by Valeri
(Abbeville, GA, USA )
I have been wrapping my hair for years, and now I'm noticing breakage around my hairline!!(almost completely bald) I know its from the wrapping. I need other options for styling my hair at night. Its not long enough for cross wrapping. I also want to know what product(s) to use to grow my hair back the quickest!

Hi Valeri,
I'm sorry to hear of the issues that wrapping has caused with your hairline. It's unfortunate that sometimes we don't notice issues with our hair until it's already happened.
What we must do is move on from there and learn from our mistakes so you need to learn new things to do to your hair at night. Here are a few suggestions for you:
- Put your hair in a high ponytail using a scrunchy and pin down if it isn't long enough to wrap around the scrunchy.
- Pull your hair back wear a scarf. In this way, your hair is essentially hanging out the back but since your hair is shorter, it will still be covered by the satin scarf.
- Pin your hair up. Just pull it back and then flip it to the side and pin to the side of your head with a metal clip.
Now, to get your hair to grow back, follow these suggestions:
- Create a mixture of jojoba oil and rosemary oil. Massage into your temple area nightly.
- There is a product called ORS Temple Balm that you should be able to try.
I hope these suggestions are helpful to you!
