I've always had long hair but it doesn't grow past my bra strap. I can remember doing my hair on the regular, but with work & school now, I find myself thrown it in a dry ponytail.

I've challenged myself to moisturize and seal everyday even if I have a ponytail. It's been about two weeks now & I can already tell a difference in my hair. In addition to moisturizing, I've also went back to regular maintenance & it makes me feel good and energized again.
