I have been relaxing my hair for over 15 years. I would like to go from straight to a wave style. I have been advised by a friend to wait 6 months before attempting to wave my hair. What do I do with my hair for six months? I'm really tired of the old ponytail.

Bantu knots

You can also do bantu knots. You don't have to use heat and that style will blend your new growth and relaxed ends

Ponytail is best

The ponytail really is your best option! You can also do buns and pretty updos. Play around with pretty hair accessories and the six months will be gone in no time!
