I went to a stylist to get my hair styled so in order to avoid the large fee of getting a perm I permed it before going. After the stylist washed and began styling my hair, she asked "Have you ever thought about getting a perm?" I was so embarrassed and could not be honest so I said " I may break down and get one, one day". I have been natural almost a year, I figured why get a perm if no one even knows you have one.
