Personal Review of Wild Hair Growth Oil
I've known many women who've used this Wild Growth and believe it in it. I will tell you about my experience with the product.
I purchased the product many years ago due to what I'd heard about it's ability to help straighten hair. I had heard how great it was for flat ironing hair and that it keeps the hair from reverting.
I remember people talked frequently about the smell of Wild Growth Hair Oil. The impression was that it smelled really badly and some people really couldn't stand to use it simply because of the smell no matter how much they liked it on their hair.
I remember smelling the product and thinking that it did not smell as badly as I was lead to believe. However, it DOES have a stronger smell that may not be liked by some. I definitely did not smell it and think "wow, this smells great!" but it didn't smell awful either.
I will say this product did help me with flatironing. It helped the iron glide through my hair really easily. I also noticed my hair seemed a little straghter than I had gotten it in the past. Upon finishing with flatironing, I noticed my hair was really soft and I liked that. There was still a faint scent left behind of the smell and I was a little worried that others might notice it but not overly worried. I figured it would go away in a day or so.
The main thing I wanted to find out was if it helped with hair reversion. I noticed maybe an extra day of straight hair without reversion but nothing super substantial.
Now, it's been at least 6 years since I tried this product. My hair has grown and I know how to get it straight (no reversion) - without Wild Growth Hair Oil and the weird smell. Hair straightening AND hair growth have more to do with how you care for your hair overall and learning the proper techniques to keep your hair healthy and styled in the way you like.
However, Wild Growth is a great oil to have in your hair arsenal. You can use it for hot oil treatments, add it to your conditioners, use it to treat your ends, and so on and so on.
I encourage you to pick up a bottle of Wild Growth Hair Oil if you're still curious. Some people swear by this product and cannot be without it. You never know. It just might be the miracle hair product in your hair stash!
